I have a terrible memory. I am one of those people who have to carry around lists and

reminders or I'll forget what needs to get done each day. I'm not good with faces either.

I have to see you at least two or three times before I will recognize you. That's why it's

remarkable that I remember a complete stranger from four years ago. I remember everything

about the moment I saw her. I was vacationing in Hawaii, the island of Kauai, with my family.
